Q: How do I place orders?
A: Only to-go orders are allowed to be made on the website.
Q: Do you deliver online orders?
A: Not this time. However, we will consider this in the future.
Q: How soon would my orders be ready?
A: Quick answer, it depends. Orders are processed within minutes of receiving. Depending on our work load and the amount of food ordered, it may take as quick as 5 minutes or as long as 30 to 60 minutes.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: The only way the orders can be canceled is before they are made. No cancelation or refund as soon as we begin processing the order. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call us ASAP! (912) 351-9300
Q: How late can I place the order?
A: Generally, at least 30 minutes before closing time each day but it may vary. If it's a late order, please call us to make sure.
Q: Why do some food have no pictures?
A: This is a brand new website. It takes time to make it better. If you would like to, you can submit your HD photos of the dish that does not yet a photo on the website to our email sales@southsidesakura.com. Once approved, you will receive a 50% off coupon for the same exact dish on next order!
